Deep old gold color. Rich aromas and flavors of apricot marmalade, warm golden raisin compote, pineapple upside down cake, and tapioca with a supple, velvety texture, lush honeyed sweetness and a long, toasted meringue and spicy praline accented finish. A deliciously unctuous and satisfying dessert wine. (tasted on Dec-06-2010)

Bright deep amber color. Rich aromas of dried peaches and oranges, salty butter sautéed almonds, and suede with a satiny, fruity sweet medium-to-full body and a long, golden raisin chutney and chestnut honey finish. Delicious; pair with caramel nut tarts. (tasted on Nov-15-2010)

Bronze amber color. Interesting aromas and flavors of wood smoked whole nuts, dried apricot, and fresh thyme with a supple sweet and fruity medium-to-full body with pistachio oil, goji berry, chestnut honey and suede notes on the long, tangy finish. A complex dessert wine that is a must try for duck rillettes and pate. (tasted on Dec-06-2010)

Aromas of baked yellow apples and peaches, honey and flint with a silky, fruity sweet medium body and a round, dried citrus and faint fuel-like mineral notes on the graceful finish. A nicely poised, dimensional and balanced dessert wine that will age well in the short term. (tasted on Dec-06-2010)

Opaque violet black color. Rich aromas and flavors of mashed raisins, craisins, blueberries and earth with a vivid, satiny medium-to-full body and a long, honeyed apricot, orange, and apple accented finish. Very nice and refreshingly balanced. (tasted on Nov-15-2010)

Deep golden color. Dense aromas of peach buttercream, lychee, cream cheese, and praline with a satiny moderately sweet medium-to-full body and hints of almond skin, suede, minerals and peppercorn on the gentle finish. A nice dessert wine to pair with triple cream cheeses. (tasted on Dec-06-2010)
