Very pale silvery straw color. Bright aromas of anise, Asian pear, and bubblegum dust with a fruity-yet-dry medium body and a nougat, spiced apple, dusty mineral and pink peppercorn accented finish. Very lively, pure and refreshing. (tasted on Jun-07-2011)

Clear. Aromas of ponzu, soy bean, vanilla taffy, and Asian pear with a silky, soft dryish light-to-medium body and an apple skin, anise seed, jicama, shittake and whole nut finish. Complex with a nice earthy sense of place and style; with go great with mushroom dishes. (tasted on Jun-23-2011)

Clear. Aromas of buttery cashew brittle, dried banana and a whiff of Elmer's glue with a slightly tannic, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a kiwi, turnip, nutskin, and radish sprouts accented finish. An interesting flavor ride. (tasted on Jun-23-2011)

Clear with a silvery cast. Aromas of cashew nougat, apple chips and creamy raisin rice pudding with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a licorice, nut, and dusty sweet potato accented finish. A good choice for the table. (tasted on Jun-23-2011)

Clear with a platinum blue cast. Delicate vanilla maple nut fudge and spicy pear custard aromas with a soft, supple dryish medium-to-full body and a savory sweet potato bread, white mushroom, tart cherry and jicama accented finish.
