Silver with a faint straw cast. Aromas of white chocolate almond bark, raw honey, bee pollen, sautéed mushroom and yellow plum with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a long, complex melon rind, apple, jicama, squash and nut accented finish. A flavorful and polished gem that will shine with teriyaki. (tasted on Jun-23-2011)

Clear with a nickel cast. Aromas of whole pineapple, wintergreen and Asian pear with a soft, silky dryish medium body and a long, graceful earthy sweet potato and jicama accented finish. A vibrant, elegant sake that will be great with tempura. (tasted on Jun-23-2011)

Clear with a very faint straw cast. Aromas of paper mache, melon, and radish have a hint of licorice with a buoyant dryish light-to-medium body and touch of rice paper, overripe melon, and zucchini on the finish.
