Pale golden straw color. Aromas of apple custard, kiwi, cashew brittle follow through on a silky, soft entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium body with tangy apple skin, mandarin orange and mineral notes. Finishes with tart, zesty Meyer lemon peel and chalk accented fad. A very nice choice for scallop and shrimp dishes. (tasted on Apr-20-2009)

Pale golden color. Shy peanut brittle and dried citrus aromas follow through on a brisk entry to a dry light-to-medium body with sour apple and lemon notes. Finishes with a light praline accented fade. (tasted on Apr-13-2009)

Silvery straw color with an amber cast. Aromas of grilled green apple, wax, and melon rind follow through on an angular entry to a dryish light body with flint and honeyed lemon rind notes. Finishes with a tart, powdery fruit tannin fade. Pair with oysters. (tasted on Mar-30-2009)

Pale silvery straw color. Aromas of lime skin and nougat follow through on a round entry to a dryish light-to-medium body with crisp nectarine and chalk notes. Finishes with a citrus pith and apple seed fade. A nice seafood wine; try with grilled shrimp (tasted on Apr-13-2009)

Green apple, kiwi, and almond skin aromas follow through on a crisp entry to a dryish light-to-medium body with tangy dried citrus, straw and flint accents. Finishes with a wet stone, lemon, and apple peel fade. Nice crisp acidity for seafood. (tasted on Apr-20-2009)

Pale golden color with an amber cast. Aromas of spicy apricot compote and apple cider follow through on a soft, silky entry to a dryish light-to-medium body with tart apple notes and a crisp, wet stone kissed finish. A dry pinot gris to serve with scallops. (tasted on Apr-29-2009)

Golden color. Bold aromas of coconut cake with peach ice cream and hazelnuts follow through on a round entry to a dryish medium body with apple nut torte and lime peel notes. Finishes with a crisp, very tangy citrus, apple skin and core, plywood, and custard fade. (tasted on Apr-20-2009)
