Pale silvery golden color. Aromas of apple bread dough, cucumber soap, and delicate spiced nuts follow through on a crisp entry to a dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body with tangy peach and orange notes. Finishes with crisp, refreshing chalk accented fade. a vibrant table wine; pair with spicy fish dishes. (tasted on May-04-2009)

Pale golden yellow color. Aromas of singed flan, sour apple, and dusty nutskins follow though on a round entry to a dryish light-o-medium body with bruised apple and faint Coleman's fuel-like minerality. Finishes with a crisp, wet stone and citrus peel accented fade. (tasted on May-04-2009)

Pale silvery straw color. Aromas of sour cream frosting, pig skin, dried honey, and roasted apple and nuts. A soft, direct entry leads to a dryish light body with grilled orange, lemon ice, and apple core flavors. Finishes with a quick, smoky mineral and citrus mineral water accented fade. Curious.
