Interesting aromas of floral incense, white clay, milk chocolate, and spicy pomegranate chutney with a supple, silky, dry-yet-fruity medium and a long, vibrantly tart cranberry, Meyer lemon, lime leaf, and cedar accented finish. Great zesty acidity and freshness will liven any dish; try with ginger-soy Asian tuna steaks. (tasted on Feb-21-2011)

Deep garnet purple color. Aromas and flavors of cherry bonbon, watermelon sorbet, and banana custard with a silky soft, ripe and fruity medium-to-full body and tropical fruit tart and peppery spice driven finish. A zesty, fruity cab franc that really perks up the palate; try with spicy rib tips. (tasted on Jan-31-2011)

Aromas of rhubarb butter, pickled beets, and honeycomb with a supple dry-yet-fruity medium body and a tart sour cherry, fire roasted pepper, and pencil shaving accented finish. A tasty, nicely structured table wine to serve with fajitas. (tasted on Jan-31-2011)

Garnet color with a red-orange brick rim. Aromas and flavors of stewed berries, beets, and carrots, charred nuts, and cherry cider with a soft, supple dry-yet-fruity medium body and a graphite, tobacco leaf, and chalk accented finish. A nice combination of savory and sweet that will work well at the table with pork loins or veal chops. (tasted on Feb-21-2011)
