Deep garnet color. Aromas of cherry cobbler a la mode, raspberry jam, and delicate potpourri with a supple, silky fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body and a juicy, apple, eucalyptus and pencil shaving accented finish with light dusty tannins. Very nice. (tasted on Feb-28-2011)

Complex aromas of grilled green and jalapeno peppers, sour cherry, thyme, toasty cedar plank, cracked pepper on butter corn cob, and dried orange blossoms with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a long, creamy chocolate, roasted chestnut and dried meat accented finish. Rich and stylish; serve this with grilled steaks and peppers. (tasted on Mar-21-2011)

Garnet purple color. Rich char-roasted bell and jalapeno pepper, pencil shavings and roasted tomato aromas with a satiny dryish medium body and a long savory sandalwood and white cigar ash accented finish. A fine, savory, table-friendly red that will be superb with steak fajitas or mushroom risotto. (tasted on Feb-28-2011)

Purple color. Rich caramelized dark roasted nuts, mixed berry compote, dill pickle, and clay aromas with a silky dry-yet-fruity medium body and a smooth, watermelon tobacco, and baked apple accented finish. Intriguing and fun; pair with spicy lamb dishes. (tasted on Feb-28-2011)
