Pale golden yellow color. Aromas of minerals, lemon, lychee nut, and cream follow through on a dry racy texture. Classic, Germanic dry minerality on the palate with bright acidity and a penetrating finish. Pair with smoked oysters and escargot. (tasted on Mar-09-2009)
