Aromas of creamy spicy toffee and frosted berry danish follow through on a round, supple entry to a dryish medium-to-full body with excellent depth and layers of complex herb and root vegetable nuances. Finishes with a long, vegetable juice and mineral fade with earthy, chewy tannins. A splendid table wine to pair with prime rib. (tasted on Mar-18-2010)

Deep garnet violet color. Briny olive, dill pickle, and baked cassis aromas follow through on a round, supple entry to a dry-yet-vegetal medium-full body with pickled okra and marinated artichoke heart notes. Finishes with a long, savory, chewy tannin fade. A fantastic and distinctive savory food wine with serve with roasts and grilled game. (tasted on Mar-18-2010)

Finishes with a crisp, juicy and lingering savory fade with light chewy tannins. A tangy savory food wine that will excel with stews and roasts. (tasted on Mar-18-2010)
