Bold, lightly perfumed aromas of lychee custard, white grapefruit and peach marmalade have a faint smoky edge and follow through on a supple entry to a rich, fruity medium-to-full body with excellent depth and dimension. Finishes in a long, chewy apricot, spiced apple, and vibrant mineral fade with very tangy mouthwatering acidity. Delicious and epically styled. (tasted on Apr-12-2010)

Aromas of crushed apple, rose petals, peach skin and waxy honeycomb follow through on a soft, silky entry to a dryish medium body with a hint of pistachio oil and lemon granita. Finishes with nice interplay of dried tropical fruits and peppery spice. A subtle gewurztraminer for the table. (tasted on Apr-12-2010)

Golden silver color. Delicate aromas of lemon cake, peach custard, and grilled apple follow through on a soft entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with soft acidity and a tart green apple skin and chalk finish. A nice dry, Continental style to serve with spicy Latin fish dishes like snapper Veracruz. (tasted on Apr-12-2010)
