Pale yellow straw. Aromas of dark roasted nuts, grilled citrus, honeycomb, and dill pickle with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a lively creamy nougat, kiwi, melon, and sweet grass accented finish. A rich, smoky fruit and mineral laden white that is reminiscent of great Sicilian whites from Mount Etna. (tasted on Apr-13-2013)
