Pale straw robe with a light emerald-gray cast. Refreshing ripe peach and lime aromas and flavors with racy acidity. Nicely balanced with a touch of earthiness and honeyed nuts throughout the palate. A very nice sipper or pair with scallops. (tasted on Apr-15-2013)

Pale straw robe with a light silvery-green cast. Creamy soft peach and tapioca aromas lead. Easy rounded entry and a brisk, lemon zest and earth accented finish. (tasted on Apr-15-2013)
85 • Canyon Wind 2012 Pinot Gris, Grand Valley $14.95.
Very pale robe, the wine ears up nicely with a pale gray cast. Light easy flavors reminiscent of grilled peaches and apricot pits. An easy drink in a drier vein. (tasted on Apr-15-2013)
