85 • Tekiah 2007 Semi Dry Red Wine, Tempranillo, Mendoza $13.99.  Kosher
Deep ruby-garnet hue. Plummy dark chocolate and jammy fruit nose. A rich entry leads a rounded, full-bodied palate with a thick texture and modest sweetness. Ripe, fruity finish. Would work well with chocolate-based desserts. (tasted on Oct-07-2009)
85 • Tekiah 2007 Reserva, Cabernet Sauvignon-Syrah, Mendoza $14.99.  Kosher
Deep ruby-garnet hue. Maturing, smoky brown spice aromas show an integrated oak accent. A rich entry leads a supple, moderately full-bodied palate with velvety tannins. Firm, drying finish. Well balanced and structured. (tasted on Oct-07-2009)
83 • Tekiah 2007 Reserva, Tempranillo, Mendoza $14.99.  Kosher
Deep garnet hue. Plummy, cocoa-accented aromas show a brush of wood. A ripe entry leads a rounded, medium-bodied palate with supple tannins. Lightly flavored finish. Drink now. (tasted on Oct-07-2009)
82 • Tekiah 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, Mendoza $13.99.  Kosher
Deep garnet hue. Varietally correct, minerally lead pencil and cassis nose. A firm entry leads a grippy, medium-bodied palate with drying tannins. Turns a bit astringent through the finish. More of a French style. Will work with hearty winter dishes. (tasted on Oct-07-2009)
81 • Tekiah 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon-Syrah, Mendoza $13.99.  Kosher
Deep garnet hue with a maturing rim. Ripe black fruit and cocoa aromas are Syrah-driven. A lush entry leads a rounded, moderately full-bodied palate with a glycerous texture. Tannins have a green note on the finish. A fruitier style. Drink now. (tasted on Oct-07-2009)
