Deep ruby black color. Aromas of roasted peppers, spicy cherry butter, and flower bed earth with a supple dryish medium-to-full body and a chewy, praline, dried apple and peach, and nutskin finish. A excellent, nuanced table wine to pair with marinated pork loins and veal chops. (tasted on Oct-11-2010)

Violet black color. Aromas of blackberry pie, crayon, and spicy nut brittle with a soft, supple dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a chocolate craisin, cedar, and dusty pear skin accented, chewy tannin finish. A stylish, judiciously oak table wine to pair with porterhouses. (tasted on Oct-18-2010)

Deep ruby black color. Dense aromas of chocolate drizzled figs, nuts, sassafras, and dried boysenberries with a supple medium-full body and a smooth blackberry, dusty earth and gentle spice finish with finely grated tannins. A stylish table wine; serve with veal chops. (tasted on Oct-18-2010)

Ruby black color. Mild aromas of clay, stewed raspberries, dried apple, cedar dust, and delicate pepper with a buoyant dry-yet-fruity medium body and a crisp, tangy, seamless acai, watermelon, apple sauce, and earth finish. Very lively and tasty. (tasted on Oct-11-2010)
