Garnet. Bright raspberry-pomegranate custard and delicate bacon chocolate aromas with a satiny smooth dry-yet-fruity medium-full body and a sleek, tangy coconut cream and pepper finish. Delicious. (tasted on Oct-11-2010)

Deep ruby color. Mild aromas of cocoa dusted berries and buttery nuts with a supple dry-yet-fruity medium body and a juicy berry pie, carrot, and earth finish. A very appealing table zin pair with deep dish pizza. (tasted on Oct-11-2010)

Pure chocolate covered dried raspberry and cherry and bacon fat aromas with a juicy, vibrant fruity medium-to-full body and a tangy citrus, cedar, and watermelon sorbet accented finish. A delicious crowd pleasing zin. (tasted on Oct-11-2010)

Deep ruby garnet color. Spicy berry chutney, peppery cherry-tomato relish, and waxy honeycomb aromas with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a juicy, tangy, dusty tannin finish. A very nice, drier, claret style zin that will shine with food; try with pulled pork. (tasted on Oct-18-2010)
