Smoky, char-roasted nut, chocolate cherry, and herb patch aromas with a silky, fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body and a tangy, dried citrus, red berry and mineral accented finish. A well-tuned for food pinot; pair with a grilled pork, Peking duck, or rabbit. (tasted on Sep-24-2012)

Interesting aromas and flavors of grilled cherries and pineapples, honeyed dates, herbs, cocoa and spice with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a cream and savory citrus and beet accented finish. A very distinctive and flavorful pinot that will pair great with Mexican pork dishes. (tasted on Sep-24-2012)
