Nearly opaque brick red color. Vibrant pickled tomato-pepper relish, chocolate currant, honeycomb, and dried eucalyptus leaf aromas with a supple dry-yet-fruity medium-full body and a rich, concentrated blueberry, raisin, praline and peppercorn finish with dusty tannins. Vibrant and balanced; serve with prime rib. (tasted on Aug-22-2011)

Aromas of boysenberry pie, chocolate mousse, cashmere and pickled tomatoes and peppers with a satiny fruity-yet-dry medium-full body and a seamless, tangy craisin, lime leaf, and earth accented finish. A wonderfully balanced and flavor cabernet to serve with filet mignon. (tasted on Aug-22-2011)

Aromas of chocolate and vanilla nut fudge, violet candy, waxy honeycomb and craisins with a silky dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a long, seamless spiced apple, lemongrass, praline, and tilled earth accented finish. Deep garnet violet color. Subdued aromas of waxy honeycomb, toasty cashew nougat, cigar tobacco, and currant chutney with a silky dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a graceful, peppery spice, cedar and earth accented finish. Very nicely balanced for the table. (tasted on Aug-29-2011)
