Pale golden silver color. Aromas of honeyed granola, anise cookie powder, and peach tart follow through on a soft, silky entry to a fruity-yet-dry medium-to-full body with good depth and a tangy, peach and lemon marmalade finish. Very appetizing; serve as an aperitif or pair with spicy Latin seafood. (tasted on Jul-17-2009)

Soft aromas of baked lemon, orange soufflé, and hard rubber follow through on a crisp entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium body with caramel apple and toasted nut notes on the zesty citrus and chalk fade.
