Opaque garnet violet color. Intense and pure aromas and flavors of cassis, eucalyptus oil, olives, and toffeed nuts. Powerful and deep, this outstanding wine's flavor seems boundless, yet it displays a charm and elegance that is inviting, not ostentatious. Serve with filet mignon or elk steaks. Deep violet color. Seamless aromas and flavors and blueberry coulis, olive skin, artisan chocolate, eucalyptus incense and Asian spices. Supple and satiny with a dry-yet-fruity medium-full body. Complex earthy notes of menthol, mint, cranberry and pomegranate seeds emerge on the long finish with sinewy, dusty tannins. A sensational explosively flavorful wine that will triumph at the table. Deep garnet black color. Compact aromas of baked berries, melted toffee, spice and mint. Supple and lively with a fruity-yet-dry medium-full body. Aromas of chocolate covered espresso beans and spicy berry compote. Plush and velvety with a rich dry-yet-fruity full body. Apple, craisin, sandalwood and earth notes evolve on the long finish for big, but integrated crunchy tannins. A powerful and very tasty cabernet. (tasted on Aug-12-2010)

Complex aromas of muddy reeds, wild berry bush, tomato paste, crayon, and peppery spices follow through on a round, rollicking entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with very good depth, bright acidity and tart and tangy cranberry, olive, and pomegranate notes. Finishes with a long, cedary, leathery firm tannin fade. Bordeaux-like and complex, give this a little time and will be even better. (tasted on Jul-19-2010)

Ruby violet color. Bold aromas of wet clay, roasted tomatoes and peppers and chocolate cookie follow through with very nice vibrancy and depth to a tangy medium-full body. Finishes with a delicate touch of Provence spice bag and dried lavender on the long savory, powdery tannin fade. A delicious and complex Old World styled cabernet that will sing at the table.
