Dusty ruby color. Aromas of malted chocolate balls, butter roasted nuts, and plum pie with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a tangy craisin, mocha, herb toast, and forest floor accented finish. Nicely structured and elegantly styled with a rock solid core of flavor. (tasted on Jul-25-2011)

Rich aromas of clay, cassis, nougat, menthol tobacco, and forest floor with a tangy, dry-yet-fruity medium-full body and a hint of apple cider, pomegranate, coconut and earth on the long, chewy tannin finish. An exotic sipper or table wine. (tasted on Jul-18-2011)

Garnet color. Rich berry, suede and chocolate toffee aromas and flavors with a supple dry-yet-fruity medium-full body and a tangy, chewy, poised finish with great length and complexity and grippy tannins. Give this a few years for optimum rewards. (tasted on Aug-08-2011)

Lush oaken aromas and flavors of mocha, roasted nuts, currant, tomato chutney and spice with a satiny, smooth medium-full body and a long, elegant, cedar, pepper, earth accented finish. Flavorful with a well balanced wood character. (tasted on Jul-18-2011)

Garnet ruby color. Rich aromas of dried berries and fig, malted chocolate, beeswax, anise incense and pickled root vegetables with a supple dry-yet-fruity medium body and a long, gracefully finish. Excellent. (tasted on Aug-08-2011)

Deep ruby black color. Well integrated aromas and flavors of chocolate, berries, ginger bread, herbs, and earth with a touch of citrus and honeyed fig on the long, tea-like tannin on the finish. Very stylish. (tasted on Jul-18-2011)

Deep garnet color. Rich chocolate covered blueberry and nut aromas with a silky, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a delicate cedar, mineral dust, herb and pepper accented finish. A stylish red for the table. (tasted on Jul-25-2011)

Aromas of honeycomb, pine needle and raw red cabbage with a soft, dry medium body and a sandalwood incense, dusty plum, cracked peppercorn, and mossy earth accented finish. A somewhat rustic, but interesting table wine to pair with roasts and stews. (tasted on Jul-25-2011)
