Straw color. A big whiff of sulfur on the nose blows off eventually with grilled lime and poached pear revealed underneath. Sleek and dryish on the palate with a a pleasant creaminess and a grassy earth laden finish. A nice table wine for grilled poultry and fish. Let it aerate for a few minutes though. Pale Straw. Aromas of yellow apple, ginger and honeydew. Dry with a medium finish is full of ripe apples and pear with moderate acidity. Simple and pleasant. (tasted on Sep-06-2013)

Golden with polished brass glints. Caramelized banana, pineapple, quince, white cherries and yellow flesh peaches on the nose and flavor. Off dry with just enough acidity to balance it. Like a lush fresh fruit salad, balanced enough on its own as the sweet ending to a meal. (tasted on Sep-06-2013)

Bright golden yellow color. Aromas of golden raisins, pickled melon and a hint of glue with a soft, fruity sweet medium body and a sweet peach vinaigrette and candy pear finish. An interesting set of flavors; pair with funky cheese. (tasted on Dec-23-2013)

Golden silver color. Lots of sulfury matches in the nose with grilled peaches underneath. Crisp and tangy on the medium bodied palate with grilled citrus, honey, eggs,and smoke rounding out the finish. Too much sulfur here. (tasted on Jun-17-2013)

Pale golden color. Interesting smoky aromas of grilled papaya, peach yogurt, and baklava with a supple, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a tart green pear, smoked nut, and grassy earth finish. A bit lean and austere for a viognier, but a good choice for grilled fish or mussels. (tasted on Jan-13-2014)
