Light gold color. Aromas and flavors of French baguette, yellow apple, dried nuts, and lemon zest with a velvety, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish with notes of pasta dough, lemon zest and slightly bitter green herbs, light honey, and hops. A traditional light Lager with just a touch more bitterness which will lend itself to make for a more refreshing option with food pairings.
