Hazy light gold color. Aromas of banana nut muffin and buttered pumpernickel cinnamon raisin toast with a supple, vibrant, frothy, dryish medium body and a smooth, intriguing, medium-length wheat wafer, peppered jicama, starfruit, and toasted nuts finish. A really convincing non-alcoholic version of a Hefeweizen that presents all of the classic banana and spice notes of the revered Germanic beer style.
