This cocktail’s namesake Queen’s Park Hotel was a tropical retreat to the rich and fabulous visiting Port-of-Spain, Trinidad. Trinidad’s most famous export, Angostura Bitters, is the icing on the cake of this mojito-esque cocktail. One just needs a swizzle stick and a tall glass to bring this cocktail to icy refreshment.
