Medium golden straw color. Aromas and flavors of green apple and lemon, green grains, wet grass, and oatmeal raisin cookies with a silky, lively, dry medium body and a compelling, medium-to-long finish imparting accents of tart green apple, honey, lemon curd on white bread with caraway seeds, and spring meadow. A nice Whiskey with a good future; a solid example of the style.

Irish Single Pot Still Whiskey is an in Irish Whiskey made at a single distillery from a mixed mash of malted barley and unmalted barley in a single pot still. It is made with a minimum of 30% malted and 30% unmalted barley, and it is the use of the unmalted barley as well as the production resulting from a single distillery in a single pot that helps give it a distinct spiciness knows as ‘pot still character’; Irish Single Pot Still is also the only style of whiskey exclusively made in Ireland.
