Copper color. Aromas and flavors of vanilla waffle cone, burnt sugar and warm honey, warming spices and tropical fruits, and popcorn with a glycerous, off-dry full body and a warming, interesting, medium-length finish evoking accents of burnt popcorn, chocolate, black teas and orange, mushroom caps and soy sauce, and salinity. Sip this excellent aged rum neat or use as a split base in cocktails to add rich spice and woody notes.

Aged Fresh Cane Juice Rum

Fresh cane juice rums are made with fresh sugar cane juice instead of molasses, but are not AOC or DO products, such as Martinique Rhum, Haitian Rhum or Cachaça. These are often of excellent quality with nutty, spicy flavors and a tangy finish and are perfect for cocktails or with the best examples, ideal as a sipping rum.
