Inviting aromas and flavors of spicy peach and apple pies a la mode, Fig Newton and Graham cracker, cinnamon raisin rye toast and granola, and baklava with a satiny, bright, off-dry medium-to-full body and a polished, engaging, medium-long finish that exhibits impressions of mint tea with an apple bran muffin. A nicely layered, autumnal, pie-like cocktail with hearty, dimensional flavors and appealing balance.
