Aromas and flavors of oiled leather, honey roasted black walnuts and plantain, goji berry tea, and fennel and flower soap with a supple, bright, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a hot, interesting, medium-long finish evoking notes of sassafras sorbet, butter pecan ice cream, caramel macchiato, and minerals. An earthy, rambunctious American Single Malt with fire and grainy flavor in equal measure.
