Clear color. Vinegary, herbal aromas and flavors of pickled agave, jalapeño and grass clippings, black olives, minerals, lime and sea salt, and pickled citrus with a glycerous, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a tingling, breezy finish conveying notes of vanilla cream, cinnamon candy, lime, and black pepper. Very simple and serviceable; good for what needs to be done.

Silver or Blanco/White Tequilas are clear, with little (no more than 60 days in stainless steel tanks) or no aging. They can be either 100% agave or mixto. Silver Tequilas are used primarily for mixing and blend particularly well into fruit-based drinks.
