Gold color. Aromas and flavors of apple and pear, lemon juice, clover honey and granola, and white peach with a velvety, vibrant, dry medium body and a tingling, engaging, medium-length finish imparting notes of wildflower honey baked apple, vanilla granola, marzipan, and butterscotch. Orchard fruits, sweet grains, and a bit of honey sweetness; the very standard of what it means to be a Speyside Whisky.

Speyside refers whisky made by the 50+ distilleries near the river Spey in the Scottish highlands. These distilleries are noted for their use of refilled, ex-Sherry casks in the maturation of their whiskies. The Sherry casks imparts telltale fruit and nut tones to the final whisky.
