Gold color. Umami aromas and flavors of maize and redhots, parchment paper, beeswax and cocoa nibs, and apricot and bananas foster with an oily, crisp, dryish medium-full body and a peppery, interesting, medium-long finish with nuances of maple glazed corn bread, aged hard cheese, walnut and cashew, and coconut. A rich, spicy, and voluptuous sipper with a creamy finish.

Blended Irish Whiskey is a blend of malt and grain whiskies that makes up a large majority of Irish Whiskey production. It can be blended with Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, allowing for any combination of the three to fall under the category. Any grains may be used, as well as it may be distilled in pot and/or column stills, and it may be made at a single distillery or multiple distilleries.
