Golden yellow color. Aromas and flavors of nutmeg and clove smoked nuts, grilled cherries and figs, bread pudding made in cast iron over an open fire, and literally chestnuts roasting on an open fire with a satiny, vibrant, dry medium body and a tingling, intricate, medium-long finish conveying notes of grilled figs and spiced plum, smoked and black pepper spiced chestnuts, baked cherries on creme brulee with some toasted coconut, and smoky leather and black tea. Hello old friend; a favorite in a Highball paired with BBQ, sipped neat on its own, or paired with a cigar fireside, there are few drams in the world more comforting and nostalgic than this one.
