Aromas of cinnamon dusted vanilla ice cream and a fresh waffle cone, artificial vanilla and tonka bean, coconut butter, and banana chips and yellow curry powder with a round, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length waffle and honey nut granola, cinnamon and pepper, oatmeal paste and glue, and mint chocolate ice cream finish. An interesting Whiskey with a range of complex flavors led by cinnamon and caramel stroopwaffel; the higher proof should lend itself well to cocktail applications.
