Clear color. Aromas and flavors of poblano and aloe, lime stone and parchment paper, vanilla and coconut butter, and black pepper and leather with a round, crisp, bone-dry medium body and a tingling, complex, medium-length finish with elements of salted lime and black pepper, cast iron sautéed poblano and green apple, fresh herbs in coconut butter, almond paste, arugula, andand peonies. Very good bordering on excellent; green and herbaceous tones with a nice minerality to the palate make this is a high quality sipping blanco.

Silver or Blanco/White Tequilas are clear, with little (no more than 60 days in stainless steel tanks) or no aging. They can be either 100% agave or mixto. Silver Tequilas are used primarily for mixing and blend particularly well into fruit-based drinks.
