Light golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of butterscotch and oatmeal cookies, praline and toasted walnut, banana split, toasted pepper corns, and cedar with a round, lively, dry medium body and a warming, complex, medium-long finish manifesting notes of butterscotch, brown sugar on cinnamon toast, chocolate coconut cream, and clove and candied ginger. Love. Sweet, spicy, and has nuanced complexity that holds the ABV very well and is just a pleasure to taste and sip.
