Gold color. Aromas and flavors of over ripe and baked tropical fruit medley, banana leaf and teak furniture, maple syrup, smoked ham, and pineapple, and seaweed with a round, dryish medium-to-full body and a medium-to-long finish with overtones of honey and plantain paste grilled in a banana leaf, anise and clove, cinnamon and nutmeg, and black tea. Fruity, funky, savory and all around complex; would be good for a Daiquiri or a Rum based Manhattan.
