Clear color. Earthy, green, vegetal, herbal aromas and flavors of lime zest, canned water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and hearts of palm, pepper, and incense with a round, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, appealing, medium-length finish with accents of mild kimchi, lime and black pepper, sea salt on roast poblano, and eucalyptus. Very pleasantly green, vegetable, and savory; a great way to get into blanco Tequila.

Silver or Blanco/White Tequilas are clear, with little (no more than 60 days in stainless steel tanks) or no aging. They can be either 100% agave or mixto. Silver Tequilas are used primarily for mixing and blend particularly well into fruit-based drinks.
