Light golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of cinnamon roll, chocolate butter cream, cigar box, leather, tobacco, and honey, and flambéed cherries and walnut oil with a round, vibrant, dry medium body and a massive, medium-long finish that presents notes of cinnamon and cocoa dusted grilled dates, leather and black cherry, walnut paste, and manuka honey in oolong tea with orange zest. An especially lovely dram with what seems like a near perfect balance of French wine cask and American oak influence; a Winter dram to appreciate while chilling on a blood red leather chair, devouring the works of Poe, and listening to a little too much Type O Negative.
