Gold color. Creamy aromas and flavors of butterscotch pudding, sour cherry yogurt in a waxed paper cup, brunost on white bread, and sugared peanut with a supple, bright, dry-yet-fruity medium body and an even, captivating, medium-length finish with accents of granola in milk and herbal tea. A pleasantly fruity Irish Whisky that is an easy sipper.

Blended Irish Whiskey is a blend of malt and grain whiskies that makes up a large majority of Irish Whiskey production. It can be blended with Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, allowing for any combination of the three to fall under the category. Any grains may be used, as well as it may be distilled in pot and/or column stills, and it may be made at a single distillery or multiple distilleries.
