Aromas and flavors of apple blossom, clover honey cream, honey graham cracker, and pickled ginger with a velvety, crisp, effervescent, dry light-to-medium body and a smooth, delightful, agreeable finish displaying notes of ginger and cinnamon and spiced apple chutney. A very fruity and delightful cider, the elderflower adds some classy depth and the acidity keeps everything in balance; very well done.
