Aromas and flavors of horse blanket, mossy, grassy earth, papaya kefir, and hard cheese rind with a supple, bright, fruity medium body and a smooth, captivating, medium-length finish that presents overtones of tangerine, mango, wheatgrass, and resin with no oak flavor. A juicy, lightly rustic, earthy Albarino for cheese and the table.
