Silvery emerald straw color. Aromas and flavors of mushroom argue, watermelon rind, honey baked sweet potato, and honeysuckle and jasmine with a velvety, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, appealing, medium-length finish conveying accents of pineapple flavored coconut water, melon and orange zest, and sweet green herbs. This Junmai Ginjo is soft and pleasing, and will enhance any light seafood preparations, pork and chicken dishes, as well as any sauces with cream.
