Dusty garnet color. Aromas and flavors of cranberries and relish on a Chicago dog, pickled red beets, and rubber with a velvety, lively, dry light-to-medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish that presents accents of raw potato, jicama, and grass clippings, beets and pickled vegetables, and tart red berries. An interesting array of savory flavors asserts itself on the nose and palate.
