Light gold color. Aromas and flavors of clover honey, polished leather, clove and cedar oils, and star anise with a velvety, crisp, dry light-to-medium body and a warming, appealing, medium-length finish displaying notes of lemon and honeycomb, toasted cinnamon stick, white peach, and pine resin. Youthful and vibrant on the nose and palate with bright grassy and citrus driven aromas and a nice honeyed grain sweetness.
