Clear straw color. Smoky, green, sweet aromas and flavors of mesquite smoked bacon, honeycrisp apple, strawberry shortcake, and circus peanuts with a silky, flat, dryish light body and a warming, interesting, easy finish with notes of olive brine, smoked cheese, wet hay, and banana. A lovely French Whisky with a nice balance of smoke, sweetness and grain.
