Gold color. Aromas and flavors of chocolate cannoli, cinnamon toasted nuts, brown butter on cinnamon toast, and hot honey with a glycerous, vibrant, dry medium-full body and a hot, complex, very long finish revealing touches of cinnamon roasted walnut, honey baked spiced apple, fudge and coffee cake, and fine leather and oak furniture. Don’t let the ABV fool you, it is a surprisingly pleasant sipper as is that only improves with a few drops of water.
