Aromas and flavors of black cherry cola, cinnamon bark, and dried herbs in pork fat with a round, tangy, dry full body and a warming, complex, very long finish with shades of bramble berry pie, black and red cassis, baking spice, and cocoa nibs with chewy tannins and light oak flavor. A perfect blend of Old World nuance and New World fruit and oak.
