Light golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of bit o honey and toasted coconut, fresh waffle, grilled pineapple dipped in chocolate sauce, and pickled ginger with a velvety, lively, dry medium-to-full body and a subtle, medium-long finish that exhibits notes of kettle corn, sassafras and black tea, dark tobacco, and sautéed baking spices. Surprisingly restrained on the nose but grows with complexity and intensity on the palate and crescendos with a luxurious and lingering finish.
