Medium gold color. Aromas and flavors of sea salt on english toffee, cinnamon, baked cherries, and black tea and nutmeg with a round, vibrant, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, very long finish with touches of salted caramel, caramel corn and toffee, baked cherries and vanilla sauce, and butterscotch. Sea salt on baked cherries and toffee, this is a contemplative dessert in your glass; well worth your time to pour a second glass and possibly pair with a fine medium bodied cigar.
