Brilliant light copper color. Aromas and flavors of cherries Jubilee, grilled herbs and chicory, grilled melon covered in chocolate caramel sauce, and oatmeal chocolate chip and raisin cookies with a round, lively, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a delightful, medium-length finish that shows touches of scotch, cherry, herbs, and italian vermouth. A smooth, sophisticated cocktail when you want something fancy but don’t have the time; just don’t forget the rocks.
